Bio: Brussels was a high-ranking Saiyan elite who (Supposedly) got tired of the brute savagery that came with Planet Vegeta, so he defected, went to Earth, came across a small village in the Eastern continent, and met a human woman by the name of Aoi. The two fell in love and eventually gave birth to Kassava, the snot-nosed brat that I play. Brussels raised Kassava and told him stories of the great Saiyan race. When Kassava was young, however, Brussels left the planet, for reasons that Kassava still doesn't know. Kassava's village was eventually destroyed by Red Ribbon, and he partly blames Brussels for not being there to stop it. Finding and confronting Brussels is one of Kassava's overarching goals as a character, so when it eventually happens, it'll make for a great dynamic to play out.

There are a couple ways you can play this character if you pick him up, as I've left most things such as his personality, early history, etc. fairly vague, although I do have some ideas. A very interesting idea would be to have his occupation as something downright evil or at least morally dubious, particularly as leader of the Planetary Trade Organization, an organization that is currently a bit out of the picture in terms of the sites events and in need of someone to take over. Perhaps Brussels left Earth, got wrapped up with some shady businessmen, and eventually found himself rising through the ranks to become the leader or a high ranking official of the organization? Perhaps he was involved with the organization the whole time in secret? We can discuss.

Another way we could angle it is that Brussels is a revolutionary of sorts, fed up with the anarchist planet he's from, and somehow involved in the rumors surrounding a coup d'etat on planet Vegeta? Maybe he leads the charge and eventually becomes the new king of the planet? I would prefer him to be a bit more evil for the dynamic, but we can discuss this as well.
